PUMP_PRO is
design software for production optimization and artificial lifting design.
For a given reservoir, PUMP_PRO allows production engineers to evaluate the
productivity of wells, determine the necessity for an artificial lifting
method, select a suitable pumping or lifting methods, and optimize the
production. Starting from Gas lifting, production efficiency and requirement
for different pumping systems can be compared and evaluated, including:

The unique features of PUMP_PRO is that it can calculate the solid flow
inside the liquid/gas phase and its effects on slurry flow, which is very
important for oil production with sand. In addition the liquid level for
each chosen PC pump type can be calculated so that no dry pumping condition
would be created in practice.
